The wheel cylinder is a component of a hydraulic brake system, typically used in drum brake setups.

When the brake pedal is pressed, hydraulic pressure from the master cylinder is transmitted to the wheel cylinder. This pressure pushes the internal pistons outward, forcing the brake shoes against the drum, generating friction to slow down or stop the vehicle.

The wheel cylinder mainly consists of the cylinder body, pistons, rubber seals, and return springs. Its key functions are maintaining hydraulic sealing and efficiently transmitting braking force.

Our company was established in 2009 and has since specialized in the precision machining and assembly of automotive steering and brake components.
We are certified with IATF 16949:2016 and the SQ MARK by Hyundai & Kia Motors. Our factory covers an area of approximately 2,300㎡ (700 pyeong) and is divided into two main buildings: Building A and Building B.

Building A is equipped with CNC machines, MCT (Machining Centers), assembly lines, and a quality inspection room.

Building B is equipped with multi-tasking machines, robotic automation lines, and final inspection systems for shipment.
